The Greater Kansas City Black History Study Group is pleased to join as a sponsor with the Clay County African American Legacy and the Liberty Martin Luther King Jr. Program Committee as they invite the community to attend the 38th annual Northland Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration. The Honorable Quinton Lucas, Mayor of Kansas City, Missouri, will be the keynote speaker. The Invictus Award for Social Justice will be given to Dr. Gwendolyn Grant, President of Kansas City Urban League, among other awards presented.
