ASALH Manhattan Branch Event, Women History Month – Valient Women Refusing to Be Silenced: Telling Their Story in African American History & Culture

The ASALH Manhattan Branch will host, “Refusing to be Silent: The Voices of Valiant Women in African American History and Culture ” a virtual Women’s Herstory Month celebration on Saturday, March 20th 3:00 to 5:00 pm. Below is the Zoom link to join the event. Manhattan branch members will read a 3 to 5-minute monologue and role play in the character of the female icons below.
