To ensure everyone is informed and engaged in the planning process for the Conference, particularly our Founders Day Program, we will hold a General Body Meeting on Saturday, August 9th, from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Evelyn G. Lowery Cascade Library.

Agenda items will include:

Conference volunteer opportunities
Conference logistics, registration, and updates
National and local dues
ASALH Freedom Schools
Branch Executive Board reports
Planning for our Founders Day Celebration/August 23rd, same library location from 2-5:30 pm
