The Chair of the Nominating Committee shall introduce the new board members at the Executive Council meeting, the General Membership meeting, and the Branch Workshop meeting.

Final committee reports must be submitted to the President and Secretary within 15 business days of the Executive Council meeting and the Secretary will send out those reports within 10 business days of the Executive Council meeting.

The secretary shall prepare the minutes from the previous meeting for approval
