The Olmsted Center for Landscape Preservation is seeking an excellent candidate to serve as a Historical Landscape Architect, GS-0807-12. This permanent, full-time position is part of a team performing duties associated with review, design, treatment, and monitoring of cultural landscapes in national parks throughout the Northeast Region. The position entails conducting and coordinating a variety of projects related to the identification, documentation, analysis and evaluation, and treatment of cultural landscapes. These projects support park planning, construction, facilities maintenance, and interpretation and education. In addition, the position involves technical assistance to parks relating to best management practices for cultural landscape stewardship.
