New Grants for Heritage Projects in Northern Mexico

We are pleased to announce the launch of a new call for grants under HerMaP Mexico, our initiative, supported by the Mellon Foundation’s Humanities in Place program, aiming to strengthen cultural heritage management across Mexico’s six northern border states.

Organizations, collectives, and individuals working to protect, safeguard, strengthen, or promote local cultural heritage in Baja California, Sonora, Chihuahua, Coahuila, Nuevo León, and Tamaulipas are invited to apply. Selected projects will receive grants ranging from USD 10,000 to 50,000, supporting initiatives that generate sustainable community impact and strengthen local heritage capacities.
