Promoting African American Writers: Library Partnerships for Outreach, Programming, and Literacy is a guidebook for librarians and others interested in partnership programming to promote African American writers! It is a memoir of my 30+ year professional career involvement in conducting programming at Missouri State University and Indiana University. Additionally, the book includes case examples of programming from other librarians from across the country.
