These positions are located within National Capital Parks – East. Positions are located in Suitland, MD and Greenbelt, MD. Duty stations will be negotiated upon selection.
There are Two Vacancies for this position.
Key duties:
- Operate platform, van, stake, and dump trucks; specialty pumping and trash vehicles.
- Drive on public roads at highway speeds and over rough terrain in urban and rural settings; tow equipment.
- Maneuver in close quarters and heavy traffic on long and short hauls.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance (fluids, tire pressure).
- Conduct semi‑skilled maintenance, repair, and janitorial work in and on park facilities.
