Dr. Evelyn Brooks Higginbotham, Department of History chair at Harvard and national president of ASALH, will speak at The Dr. Carter G. Woodson Lyceum’s annual Black History Month observance at Marshall University. Dr. Higginbotham on Feb. 6 will discuss the 15th and 19th Amendments to the US Constitution at 4 p.m. in the Shawkey Dining Room in the Memorial Student Center.
