The secretary shall prepare the minutes from the previous meeting for approval

The Executive Director and Secretary will provide a report on EC members who have outstanding dues/fees and/or under sanction or disciplinary action.

Distribute Code of Ethics, Conflict of Interest, Code of Conduct, and any other required documents that need to be signed by December 31st by all EC members.
