Local Arrangement Committee Meeting

The Local Arrangement Committee for the 109th Annual Conference invites all interested members and friends to a meeting on Wednesday, April 24, from 4 pm to 6 pm at the University of Pittsburgh, Department of Africana Studies, located at 4140 Wesley W. Posvar Hall, 230 South Bouquet Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15260.

There is paid parking on the streets around the building for those who are coming in person, but we highly suggest using Uber and Lyft to be safe.

A light supper will be served.

If you are not in Pittsburgh but know individuals who may be interested in serving on the Local Arrangements Committee, please share this information with them. If you cannot attend the meeting in person, register to join via zoom and the information will be sent to you via email.
