CHIOGO CONSTANCE IKOKWU PhD
Dr. Chiogo Constance Ikokwu is an accomplished journalist, news analyst, media strategist and teacher. She has a PhD in Journalism and Communications and teaches media courses at Institute for American Universities (IAU), Barcelona, and Autonomous University of Barcelona, Spain, Department of Journalism and Communication Sciences Summer School.
As a journalist, Ikokwu has reported Africa-related news from leading political and economic institutions including: the White House, U.S. Congress, World Bank, the International Monetary Fund (IMF), US State Department, the United Nations (UN) and several think-thanks in Washington, D.C. In the course of her career, she has been Foreign Editor, Deputy Editor, Editorial Page Editor, Member of the Editorial Board, Online Editor, Abuja Bureau Chief, Washington D.C. Bureau Chief, and Secretary to the Editorial Board for THISDAY Newspapers, Nigeria’s leading national daily.
