The NAACP Alexandria Branch and the Alexandria Community Remembrance Project (ACRP) are united in their mission to advance civil rights, preserve historical truth, and empower the community through education and action. The Civil Rights Advocacy Workshop, led by Wisdom O. Cole, NAACP Senior National Director of Advocacy, will provide participants with practical skills and knowledge essential for effective civic engagement. Workshop topics include Rights & Responsibilities, Safety in Advocacy, and Peaceful Demonstration Skills.
