Final committee reports must be submitted to the President and Secretary within 15 business days of the Executive Council meeting and the Secretary will send out those reports within 10 business days of the Executive Council meeting.

The Governance Committee shall present its final report regarding proposed changes to the Constitution and Bylaws.

The secretary shall prepare the minutes from the previous meeting for approval
