The National Park Service, the Town of Forest Heights and Potomac Riverkeeper invite you to the official ribbon cutting ceremony for the Oxon Cove Trail on April 26 at 11:30 a.m. This momentous occasion will feature remarks from local government leaders and representatives from the National Park Service.
The Forest Heights Elementary School choir will also be present to serenade us as we celebrate the completion of this significant achievement in our community.
In addition to the ribbon cutting, Potomac Riverkeeper will host an Earth Day volunteer clean-up along the Oxon Cove Trail from 9 a.m. until 2:30 p.m., with two shifts available for volunteers. Sign up for the volunteer event here
