The ASALH Annual meeting provides you with an opportunity to reach a targeted audience of approximately 1,000 community builders, historians, educators, business professionals and students globally. The Author’s Book Signing will be one of the events at the 110th Annual Meeting and Conference for individuals who are enthusiastic about the history of America and the African diaspora. Many of these individuals will participate in more than 75 scheduled academic sessions.
Please plan to take advantage of this great opportunity. Space is limited. Authors and their presses are invited to purchase an ad in the conference souvenir journal.

More About Registering for the In-Person Author’s Book Signing
We invite you to participate in the In-Person Author’s Book Signing at the 110th Annual Meeting and Conference September 24 – 28, 2025. There is a $75 registration fee and participants MUST be a member of ASALH.
The In-Person Author’s Book Signing registration includes:

- One-half of an eight-foot table.
- Opportunity to bring a low profile promotional display and distribute information about your book(s).
- Opportunity to sell your book(s) onsite.
- Author’s and their books will be listed on the ASALH Bookshelf webpage.
- Author’s and their books will be featured on the conference website, social media, and other promotional materials.
