Ballots will be distributed the week of July 5.
Members Voting by Email Members who receive email ballots will receive them on July 8. Please check your email and spam on July 8 as ballots will be distributed only once. Reminders will be emailed during the month of July. Voting ends July 31 at 11:59 p.m. EST. Please note, if you do NOT receive a ballot by email on July 8, your ballot is arriving via USPS.
Members Voting by Mail Ballots are being mailed to arrive the week of July 5. If you do not receive a ballot by July 12, please email [email protected]. Mail-in ballots must be postdated by July 31, 2021 and be returned in the self-addressed ballot envelope that you receive. Please vote early to allow adequate time for the USPS to postdate your ballot by July 31. Ballots postdated after July 31 will not be counted. Mail-in ballots will include a document with voting instructions and candidate bios.
