Hyatt Place Complimentary Shuttle

They provide a complimentary shuttle from 5am– midnight daily. Any transportation needed between midnight and 5am will need to be provided from a cab company, Uber or Lyft. 

• To be picked up by the shuttle, call the hotel 843.302.8600, dial 0 for front desk assistance. Please call after picking up luggage as the van cannot wait for passengers due to other scheduled trips. If unable to call from a cell phone- there is a help desk at the airport, near baggage claim, with a phone to make complimentary local calls (the hotel phone number is listed on their directory)
• Once already called for the shuttle, it may take up to 10 minutes to arrive, please exit airport near baggage claim and cross 1^st traffic lane to wait in median area- this is where all hotel shuttles provide pickup. Look for the white Hyatt Place Van with logo.
• For trips departing from the hotel– please schedule with the front desk in advance. The shuttle departs every hour and half hour from 5am- midnight and covers a 5 mile radius. Any transportation needed between midnight and 5am will need to be provided from a cab company, Uber or Lyft. See front desk for assistance if needed.
