Session Chairs
A chair evaluation form will be posted on this page prior to the start of the conference. Each chair is asked to complete this webform by Monday, October 7. 
The annual conference schedule is posted to the home page at and is available for view.  All rooms with a LCD projector and support package are noted as AV in the name of the room in the Convention Center. 

Regarding Internet

One complimentary internet code will be provided to the chair of each AV room. Report to the Academic Program Table on the 2nd floor of the Convention Center for the one code which will be used by all presenters in the session. All presentations will need to be on one laptop to access the complimentary internet.  ASALH does not provide laptops. 

Please note the following.

  1. ASALH does not provide laptop computers. Please bring your own.
  2. If you have a MAC, you must bring the adaptors to connect your laptop to the projector.
  3. If your presentation is not scheduled in an AV room, you may bring your own equipment or rent equipment for your presentation.  Use this form to make arrangements directly with the AV company.
