Orders are able to be canceled within 24 hours of the order being submitted. Please review the cancellation policy below for further details and instructions.

Once your order has shipped, an email will be sent to you notifying you that your order is in transit. This email will contain pertinent tracking info for your order.

Since these products are custom-made, ASALH will NOT accept returns. If an item was damaged or shipped to the wrong location, a partial refund will be available. Please see the refund policy below for further details.

In case of an unsuccessful delivery (i.e. the order did not arrive or the order was returned to the sender), a partial refund will be issued. If an order is being returned to sender/lost in transit, or an invalid address was provided, a refund of only the price of the product will be issued. Due to varying shipping locations, ASALH is unable to predict the exact length of time for a product to arrive after being ordered. However, our orders tend to take about 10 days to arrive to our customers.

Refund Policy

Wrong Product Ordered:

These are custom products. If the wrong size, color, or product is ordered, ASALH does not provide returns or refunds due to the fact that these are custom made.

Damaged Product or Defect:

If there is a defect with the product, ASALH will provide free replacement or a full refund will be an option, if a photo of the product showing the damage is submitted within 30 days after delivery. Please use the contact form below to submit your issue and someone from our staff will contact you within 3-5 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Changes are not guaranteed to be possible after the order has been submitted. If you’d like to make changes to your order, such as an address change or cancellation, please reach out to our staff through the contact form below within 24 hours of submitting the order. If a cancellation request is not made within 24 hours of submitting the order, then the order will no longer be able to be canceled.
