2024 Archived Meeting Documents

An in-person Executive Council Work Session will be held in our offices located at 301 Rhode Island Ave., NW, Washington, DC 20001, on Friday, February 23, 2024, from 10 am to 6 pm EST. This is not a formal meeting and no formal action items will be considered during this private session. A Parliamentary procedure workshop and other information to support the operations of the EC will be held. Please be aware that parking facilities are unavailable at this venue, so we recommend using a car service for transportation. Coffee, tea, and donuts will be served in the morning, and a hot lunch will be provided.

The return of the 98th Annual Black History Luncheon will be held on Saturday, February 24th, at the Westin Hotel, (formerly the Renaissance Hotel) located at 999 9th Ave., NW, Washington, DC. All Executive Council members received a complimentary ticket when your $300 donation was processed. If you have not received your confirmation of this ticket, please email [email protected].
